Why hasn't my order arrived?

We request your patience when waiting for your order to arrive as the current COVID-19 circumstances may cause shipping delays. Once the order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, delivery times are no longer within our control.

I changed my mind! Can I amend my order?

Repurposed designer purchases cannot be changed due to the rarity of the product (typically 1 piece available only) because it often gets sold out quickly. If you'd like to make changes to the other jewelry pieces, you can email as at We will do our best to accommodate it, provided the order has not been dispatched to the courier yet. Once your order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
